The problem

In a family, a clinic or a small business, everyday payments get delegated, and control ends up scattered across messages, receipt screenshots and spreadsheets.

The approach

  • Manager and assistant roles with approval rules (amount limit and authorized account holders), a due-date calendar and an auditable history.
  • Document analysis in three independent layers: file inspection, PaddleOCR reading and structured review with Claude. None of them decides alone.
  • FastAPI backend with hexagonal architecture, Celery workers on Redis and real-time notifications over SSE.

Three-person project. I authored most of the repository’s commits.
