The problem

A short link can be more than a redirect: it has to resolve with low latency, record every click and show those metrics without waiting for a report.

The approach

  • Go REST API built with Echo and Clean Architecture, using Redis as a cache to resolve redirects.
  • InfluxDB analytics with GeoIP country detection and live WebSocket updates.
  • Responsive Next.js dashboard with JWT authentication (access and refresh tokens) and OpenAPI docs.

What it looks like

Quikko landing page with the headline “Shorten links. Watch clicks arrive instantly” and a dashboard preview showing clicks per hour.
